These terms cover this website: reading it, and giving us your email address for the teardown. Using the product is a separate agreement you accept when you create an account, and it governs everything that happens after that: terms of service for the app.
WHAT THIS SITE IS
Marketing for a paid product, plus one piece of free writing. Nothing here is a contract to supply anything, and nothing here is career, legal, financial or employment advice.
WHAT WE CLAIM, AND WHAT WE DO NOT
The numbers on this site come from our own usage data and are described where they appear. They are what happened for the people who used the product in that window. They are not a forecast, a benchmark, or a promise about your search.
No tool can make someone hire you, and we do not claim otherwise. Being early to a hiring manager is the specific thing this product does. Whether that turns into a job depends on you, the role, and the market.
THE EMAIL YOU GIVE US
If you enter your address, you are asking us to send you the teardown and occasional email about Always First AI. You can unsubscribe from any of them in one click, and we will stop. What we do with the address is set out in the privacy policy.
Use an address you control. Do not enter someone else's.
PRICING SHOWN HERE
Plans are $99 and $149 a month. Prices, limits and features on this page describe the product as it is today and can change. What you actually agree to pay is what is shown at checkout, and the app terms govern billing, renewal and cancellation. If this page and the app ever disagree, the app is correct and we want to know about the mismatch.
OUR CONTENT
The writing, design, film and code on this site are ours. Quote us, link to us, and share the teardown freely. Do not republish it as your own or resell it.
AVAILABILITY
This is a website. It may be down, moved or changed without notice, and we do not promise it will always be reachable. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using, or being unable to use, this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
CHANGES
We can update these terms. The date at the top says when we last did. Using the site after a change means you accept the current version.
