This page covers this website. The product it sells is a separate application at app.alwaysfirst.ai, which handles your resume, your job search and your mailbox. That has its own, much longer policy, and it is the one that matters once you sign up: privacy policy for the app.
WHAT THIS SITE COLLECTS
If you request the teardown, your email address and the form it came from are used to handle that request and record your email preferences. Service and security records support delivery, verification and abuse prevention. Your analytics choice is separate from requesting the teardown.
A first-party cookie remembers your privacy choice, if you make one.
ANALYTICS AND YOUR CHOICE
This site uses PostHog and Google Analytics to count visits and actions such as viewing plans, requesting the teardown or choosing to sign up. They record which page you are on and where you came from, such as a search engine or a campaign link. PostHog also records some visits as session recordings, so we can see where a page confuses people. Anything you type is hidden, and the email pattern tool and the email confirmation pages are never recorded. Form values are never sent as analytics, and Google Analytics runs without its advertising features.
If you sign up for the app, PostHog links your earlier visits here to your account ID and email address. The app records some screens with anything you type hidden, and never records resume or email screens. The app's policy has the details.
Analytics are on by default. If your device is set to a European time zone, or one we cannot place, analytics wait until you choose. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, they stay off unless you turn them on.
Turn analytics off at any time with Privacy choices at the bottom of every page. The choice covers this site and the app, and if you are signed in to the app it turns analytics off for your account too. Turning analytics off does not limit the site or the app. It stops future tracking but does not erase data already collected. To have that deleted, email us. Account, security and billing records in the app are kept separately.
Our hosting provider processes standard server request logs in order to serve the site and absorb attacks. We do not build profiles from them.
WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS
We use it to send you the teardown you asked for, and occasional email about Always First AI. That is the entire purpose.
We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers or data brokers. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing removes you.
WHERE IT IS STORED
In our application database, hosted on servers in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to the credential this form uses, which is permitted to add an address and do nothing else. It cannot read the list back.
Signing up here does not create an account and does not put you into the product. Those are separate steps you take deliberately.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Until you ask us to delete it, or until you unsubscribe and we have no reason to keep it. Ask and it is gone, with no conditions attached.
YOUR RIGHTS
Wherever you live, you can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you are, some of those are legal rights rather than a courtesy. We do not distinguish, and we will not ask you to prove which applies to you.

CHANGES
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we do with your address, we will change the date at the top and say so by email, rather than relying on you to notice.
